‘The Arcadia Quartet take us through different emotions with lovely textural colour and a technical adroitness that is quite outstanding, especially their bowing skill. Each of the players display exceptional musicianship and agility creating gravity and substance producing commanding performances.’ [Weinberg Vol. 3] – Andrew Palmer, Chimeo, April 2023
‘there’s also always a sense that the music is entirely grounded, each gesture unfolding as naturally as breathing. (...) The Arcadia Quartet totally commits to the music.’ [Weinberg Vol. 2] – Limelight Magazine, June 2022
‘(...) The Arcadias negotiate the ebb and flow of the musical argument with compelling power, unleashing an almost unhinged sense of emotional collapse when Weinberg’s writing is at its most ferocious.’ [Weinberg Vol. 2] – Classical Music by BBC Music Magazine, June 2022
